Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service apply to all items for sale and sold by Madre Nature, LLC. (“Madre Nature”) in Madre Nature’ Online Store (“Online Store”).
2. Offers, Conclusion of Contracts
Offers of items for sale in the Online Store represent an invitation to a customer to place an order only. Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an automatic electronic confirmation of his order via e-mail and this will give rise to a contract of sale. If a product ordered is not available, Madre Nature may withdraw from the contract. In such a case Terrasoul Supefoods will inform the customer immediately and if applicable reimburse any monies paid without delay.
The prices quoted on the website are in U.S. Dollars and include applicable sales taxes. Madre Nature is not responsible for any customer self-reported State Use Taxes if applicable.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling costs are included in the prices quoted on the Online Store. Please visit the Shipping page for details about shipping services.
5. Terms of Payment
Payment can be made by credit card and the credit card will be charged when the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order and reverse a charge where we suspect the payment made might be fraudulent. We also accept PayPal payments as well as payments made through your Amazon login account.
6. Delivery Times
Madre Nature will ship a customer’s placed order on the same day or next business day, but is not responsible for any reasonable shipping delays. Madre Nature will inform the customer by e-mail when their order has shipped and provide a tracking number e-mail notification when available.
Madre Nature’ website is for use by our customers for online purchasing of Madre Nature products. All website content, including text, images, other copyrighted materials and trademarks are the sole property of Madre Nature and may not be used elsewhere without prior permission. Madre Nature is not liable for any issues or damages that may be incurred from the use of our website.

9. Returns and Refund Policies for Online Purchases
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of any unused, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price, credited back to the credit card that was used to purchase the item(s). Please contact us first to obtain an RMA number.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced refund.
Internet purchase returns
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the RMA number and reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another purchase, or receive a refund. Write your RMA number in large text on the outside of the package. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid to:

Note: We cannot refund merchandise returned without a valid RMA number. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
